Taste Profile
In visual appearance, it has a bright clarity of cherry red color with a very open intensity and a medium persistence tear. The aroma is of mild intensity, characterized by spices and dried fig. It is worth noting the effect that the French oak barrel gives it, such as notes of caramel, smokiness, and coffee.
The taste shows an absence of sweetness, with balanced refreshing acidity, sufficient alcohol content, light body with present and dry tannins. The mouthfeel is of fine quality, as for the nose, adding notes of dark chocolate. The persistence is of medium intensity and pleasant quality, with correct balance.
It is a wine with aging potential of about five years, but can also be consumed immediately. Regarding gastronomic pairings, it can accompany a cheese and cured meats board, salads, fish dishes, pastas, white meats, and grilled dishes. It can be drunk by itself, for moments of relaxation.
