Taste Profile
It features a bright clear cherry red of deep intensity, and tear with slight persistence. On the nose, it has an aroma of medium intensity, characteristic of black pepper and mint. It is worth noting the aromas acquired by the stage in French oak barrels.
The taste is dry with refreshing acidity and slight alcohol content of light body, noting at the end at the presence of balanced tannins. Mouth aroma is similar to nose's, elegant. Medium and pleasant persistence, of correct balance.
It has good aging potential, but can be consumed immediately. With regard to pairings, you can accompany with a table of cheeses and sausages, pastas, grilled foods and stews. It can be drunk by itself, for moments of relaxation.
