Taste Profile
It features a bright clear garnet red of deep intensity, and tear with slight persistence. On the nose, it has an aroma of medium intensity, characteristic of blackberry, jam, dry plum and mushroom. It is worth noting caramelized and smoked aromas acquired by the stage in French oak barrels.
The taste is dry with a flat acidity and slight alcohol content of light body, noting at the end at the presence of tannins, silky and balanced. Mouth aroma is similar to nose's, elegant. Long and pleasant persistence, of correct balance.
It has good aging potential, but does not prevent it from consuming immediately. With regard to pairings, you can accompany with a table of cheeses and sausages, pastas, grilled foods and stews. It can be drunk by itself, for moments of relaxation.
